I wasn’t sure if I’d like this Hooever peacoat at first. It looked a little boxy online, and I wasn’t sure if it would flatter my figure. But I went for it, ordered a large, and I’m so glad I did! This coat has become my go-to for winter. It’s really warm and keeps the wind out perfectly, which is great for cold days here in DC.

The only weird thing is the way it buttons. For some reason, it doesn’t button comfortably all the way down. But honestly, I don’t even mind. I usually wear it unbuttoned anyway, and it still looks really polished and classy. Plus, I can just hold it closed when it gets really windy.

Another big plus for this coat is that it’s machine washable! I washed it recently and it came out looking great. Overall, I love this peacoat. It’s stylish, warm, and easy to care for. I would definitely recommend it, even with the strange button situation. Read more…
